Interesting! But probably not a bullet, as it would burst and the "fat grooves" are too big. Perhaps a spindle whorl or umbrella tip.

It's not a bullet. It looks more like a copper alloy than lead 🤔 no idea what it is. It reminds me a bit of a tire valve. I find them in the fields all the time.
