I once put together 99 comparison pieces, including pictures of complete knives: Open link: zs.thulb.uni-jena.de Of course, the number of finds has been constantly increasing since then thanks to metal detecting and this type of handle knob seems to exist in half of Europe.

Is the classification as cutlery knives correct or are they more knives for work and combat?
