It looks older; try googling "coins," there's one from George III that looks almost exactly like it.

Thank you for the information: “GR” (Georgius Rex) – the monogram of Kings George I, II, III or IV. What it means: The monogram “GR” under a crown was the standard mark on uniform buttons of the Hanoverian Army and the King's German Legion (a Hanoverian unit under British command that fought against Napoleon).
