I had something similar once. Is there an (old) drainage system in the field where you found it? Don't laugh! I showed it to the farmer. He knew straight away what it was... A "frog flap" π€ͺ They used to be attached to the outlet of the drainage system. In such a way that the water pushes the flap forwards and can flow away, but then the flap sits back in front of the pipe so that no frogs etc. can crawl in. I don't know if it's right for you, but maybe it's something like that. At least that was one of the strangest explanations so far.

Good tipπͺπ»ππ», thank youπ There was and is no drainage on the area. There were probably one or more small farmsteads or huts there. The other finds in the exhibition, such as the copper nail, the small shell, etc., are from the surrounding area.
