Very nice! These key hooks date from the late 15th century and were probably made (mostly) in Nuremberg. Literature: Arne Homann / Jörg Ansorge, Fashionable mass product of the late Gothic period. The place where it was found is not that far from Nuremberg. It was in mint condition except for the patina. That's why it had to go to a museum because you rarely find such a great piece❤️

Yes, it was an absolute lucky find, there is nothing broken on the thing and that's why I brought it straight to the museum (after reporting it and getting the OK from the landowner) because you rarely find something like that in that condition
