Exactly. Bronze rings like these usually belong to horse harnesses, serving as strap distributors. Accurate dating is difficult because rings made of non-ferrous metal/bronze are a durable form. Anything from the Late Bronze Age to the modern era is possible. However, in most cases, it will be medieval/modern. Best regards, Markus
