It's a silver coin, very beautiful! đź‘Ť Cleaning: If the archaeologist in charge has already given her go-ahead, clean it according to your personal taste. This can range from a strong patina to a lot of silver shine.

But with what? Water and soap, coin cleaning products from the internet, ultrasound, scratch pens and then silver polish or a cloth? What is the most effective and gentlest method?

Ultrasound should loosen some of the dirt. If necessary, remove the remaining dirt in some places using a stereo microscope or a fine tool. If the coin is still black and you don't like that, you can test it with silver cleaner from Markus BrĂĽche, for example, diluted and then keep going until you get the result you want. But it will attack the surface, depending on the dilution. For me it's OK if I can't recognize the coin otherwise.
