Great piece!! Never seen it before and can't find it quickly. I can read "Calenberg" and assume that Calenberg is from the 2nd Infantry Regiment. Looks really old, probably Napoleonic Wars. Here's a link: Open link: hcvv.home.xs4all.nl

I have attached on the back that the piece was also found in the Calenberger Land, so it would be fitting somehow?!

It could be an indication, but it doesn't have to be. But I think it's from the above-mentioned regiment. I'm not sure about the age. It looks old. It could also be shortly after the wars of liberation against Napoleon.
