Early Carolingian rectangular brooch with slightly indented sides, similar to Bos (2008) type 2.9.1.10 (decoration) or type 2.9.2.1 (shape); = Weetch (2004) type 29Bii; sheet metal, geometrically decorated with tremolo stitch, on the back remains of 2 soldering points "Westphalian-Lower Saxon subgroup" of rectangular brooches according to Wamers (1994), 125-127; dating: end of 8th century
